A great, hassle-free and quick experience for getting tires. I had a bubble on one of my nearly-new tires and Robert was able to order one for me and have it ready with perfect timing so I could head up to Tahoe. They also found a nail in another tire - which my dealer had missed despite adding air to that tire - and were able to patch that quickly. I'll be back for all my tire needs...

I was driving into the city yesterday and realized that I desperately needed tires - so I called my favorite standby - Rolling Stock - and they had tires available but I knew I couldn't get there early enough so it would take at least an hour - possibly 2. My friend Mike told me to check out Robert's, so I called him - same price as Rolling Stock and he could get it done in 25 minutes! I said 'seriously' in 25 minutes? That would be awesome, but I wasn't going to hold him to it. I went in and realized that in addition to needing 2 front tires, I got a nail in my back tire while driving down and it was losing fast - Robert's guy checked it, plugged it and balanced it, while they put on my 2 new tires - that's a good feeling getting new tires, it's like having a full tank of gas. So - he doesn't charge me anymore for it - and still gets it all done in 25 minutes - crazy! I'm definitely going back.

I hate buying tires but Robert's made the experience bearable. They were quick, honest and had reasonable prices. What more could you really ask for in a tire shop. I even came back when my tire picked up a nail and they fixed it free of charge. "You bought your tires from here and we'll take care of you" is the reply I got. In the age of nickel and dime-ing, Robert's is a diamond in the rough.
